Phase 1: Establishing the Foundation

Platform Launch Deploy the PNL Games core platform, enabling wallet-based entry, real-time PnL tracking, and leaderboard functionality.
First Game Rollout Launch the first official PNL game. Lay the groundwork for competitive, time-based trading events.
Core Rules & Fair Play System Finalize and enforce gameplay rules including wallet requirements, SOL limits, eligible tokens, and disqualification filters.
Game Entry Framework Build the infrastructure for game creation and participation: wallet funding verification, entry tracking, and pot automation.
Basic Leaderboard V1 Release the first public leaderboard tracking real-time PnL standings for each game — transparent, clean, and ruthlessly competitive.
Initial Token and Community Launch Launch token on pump.fun and rollout targeted marketing campaigns, CT engagement, and attract first-movers.
Staking Pool Launch Deploy staking for $PNL holders, enabling them to earn a share of the house fee (10%) from every game. 7% of the house fee will go to stakers, and 3% will go to development to establish the foundation for long-term token utility and platform-growth incentives.

Phase 3: Core Gameplay

Time-Based Game Modes
Introduce multiple game lengths to match different trading styles. Choose between quick rounds (4–12 hours) or long-form games (24–72 hours) to compete at various paces.
Elimination-Style Mode
The lowest PnL wallet gets eliminated every X minutes. Last wallet standing wins it all.
Multiple Pots
Enter and compete in several games at once.
Player-Owned Game Creations
Host private games. Set the duration, buy-in, and starting balance.

Multichain Expansion Bring PNL Games to new ecosystems including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Tron, Sui, Base, and more. Wherever there’s a DEX, there will be a PNL Game — expanding the games across all major chains.
Telegram Bot Interact with our bot to create, join, and monitor games in real time straight from Telegram.
Team Mode Form squads of traders. The team with the highest combined PnL takes the pot.
Side Bets Not in the game? Bet on it. Predict who takes the crown and earn SOL by backing the right trader.
